WEEKLY DROP IN CLASSES: BODY LOOP – YOGA and MOVEMENT WITH RESISTANCE
The Body Loop is a resistance band designed by Diane specially for yoga and movement practices.
The added resistance and feedback from the Body Loop increases the body’s ability to feel more. This enhanced sense of proprioception (knowing where your body is in space) leads to greater motor control, strength and co ordination.
When: Tuesdays 4:30-5:30 PM & Wednesdays 12:00-1:00 PM
Where: Yogaspace – on Ossington between Queen and Dundas
